I am an avid promoter of the Marriage Institution👫! I do this through the following avenues:

📻Radio

I host a weekly Radio Show on Radio Maria Kenya (107.3FM, radiomaria.co.ke) at 10.30 - 11.30am (+3GMT time) with discussions on various topics relevant to Marriage and Family Life.

🏩👫Couple Retreats

I work with Marriage Builders such as counsellors and educators who help married couples in various aspects of their marriage such as finances, parenting (and so much more!) to craft Couple Retreats. These getaways are fun, engaging and help spouses to also reconnect as they take the time to retreat to work on building their marriages.

📘Education

I am a certified Natural Family Planning (NFP) Instructor under the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) in collaboration with the Christ's Work for Life Movement.

I educate couples on how NFP not only provides a reliable method of family planning but also has the potential to deepen intimacy and strengthen the bond between couples, leading to a stronger and more fulfilling marriage.
